Returns

Personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.
Refunds
